Hi, I’m Dave from Alpha Power Cleaners and today I’m going to show you how to remove brushes on a Tennant T7.
The brushes are located in the brush head. To remove the brushes, remove the safety pin and open the yellow safety clamp. This will enable you to open the side skirt and locate the brushes.
To remove the brushes, press the two yellow clips together and the brush will drop down. Check for debris or anything in the brushes.
If new brushes are needed, put some new ones on. If not, give them a clean and then push the yellow pins back together and push the brush back into place to locate it. Close the door, the safety clip, and put the pin back into place.
