We aim to, and generally do, complete repairs on the same day. In the event that machines have to be brought back to the workshop for major repairs, for established customers we provide loan machines whenever possible to avoid disruption to their businesses.
We have both mains voltage and LPG driven machines available. LPG machines offer longer run times and are generally larger machines capable of tackling a wide range of applications, from builders cleans to warehouse/distribution centre cleaning.
With our wealth of knowledge, based on the size and layout of your premises, we can generally determine what machine will be best suited to your needs and offer you advice over the phone or email.
However, occasionally we will need to conduct a site survey to determine the best size and type of machine, as there are so many variables.

This is always dependent on what it is you need to clean. However, hot pressure washers will always clean more efficiently than cold. We will always advise which is best suited for your application.
Be it the purchase of a new machine or the delivery of a hire machine, our experienced team will always give training at the handover of equipment.
This includes how to use the machine in order to get the best performance and also, just as importantly, how to maintain the machine correctly to reduce downtime and breakdown costs further down the line. Our office based team are also on hand to answer any queries over the phone.
Yes, the majority of our work is completed on site with the aid of our fully equipped servicing vehicles.
This includes all makes and models of cleaning equipment, from Karcher pressure washers to Tennant floor scrubber driers. Occasionally, we may need to remove machines from site in order to facilitate repairs in our workshop, however, this is always done as swiftly as possible to minimise any disruption.
It is the customer’s responsibility to off hire the equipment once the equipment is finished with.
To avoid aborted journeys, we do not accept auto off hires. Contact must be made by telephone/email to obtain an off hire number. Machines remain on hire until an off hire reference can be quoted by the customer.
