Hi, I’m Dave from Alpha Power Cleaners and today I’m going to talk to you about solenoid problems on a Tennant T300. This is quite a common occurrence – the solenoid wires can get caught as they run under the machine. The solenoid is located on the left-hand side underneath the machine. You will see two wires connected to it. It doesn’t matter which wire goes on which peg, as long as both are connected.
After reconnecting the wires, if you are still getting the fault – which shows as the second and fifth lights on the display – turn the machine off and back on again. If it lights up as normal, that is great. If the fault persists, please give us a call at Alpha Power Cleaners.
