Hi, I’m Dave from Alpha Power Cleaners and today in this video I’m going to show you all about the Tennant T300 floor scrubber dryer walk-behind machine. I’m going to show you how to charge the machine. This machine has an onboard charger with a 13 amp plug. It is important to unwind all of the lead so it doesn’t get hot on the machine. This plugs into a normal 240v household socket. Once you put it on charge, you get a display on the top that ripples to show you it is charging.

With all floor scrubber dryers, it is important we don’t opportunity charge – i.e. use it for 10 minutes, put it on charge, use it for 10 minutes, put it on charge. It is important to run the batteries at least about three quarters of the way down. This machine has five lights. Ideally, one light left on the machine is best before putting it on charge for a full cycle – normally on this machine overnight.
