Hi, I’m Dave from Alpha Power Cleaners and today I’m going to talk to you about the Tennant T300 not dropping water. First of all, simply make sure there is water in the tank. On the top of the machine there is a tap symbol which shows you the water level from zero to three – make sure it is lit up. If the water still doesn’t come out of the machine, check the water filter. If that is still not resolving the issue, please give us a call at Alpha Power Cleaners.
