Today we’re looking at the Tennant T16 and in particular the F1 recovery tank full fault code. Now this fault is normally caused nine times out of 10 in our experience by the electronic float in the recovery tank being clogged with dirt and debris. To clean this off, open up the tank, identify the float, and give it a clean with water and a rag. Make sure it’s moving freely.
If you also make sure your dirt tank is drained out and flushed of any debris at this point, that will help moving forwards as well. Turn the machine off, restart it, and hopefully that has cleared the fault from the system.
