Hello, my name is Rob Freeman and welcome to Alpha Power Cleaners. Today we’re looking at the Tenant T16 ride-on floor scrubber dryer and the fault of the machine not dropping any water. Now, the first thing to do if you’ve not got any water dropping from the machine is make sure that your clean tank is full of water, the water setting is turned on and set to full. After that, ensure there’s no fast settings or EC H2O turned on, make sure these are all turned off. That just eliminates another potential issue.

Next step, if you’re still not getting any water and you’ve got water in your machine and you’ve checked them settings are turned off, check the clean water filter. Now, on the Tenant T16, you need to make sure you drain a clean tank first to access it. And to do this, check out our dedicated checking the water filter video. Once refitted and you test the machine again, you’ve still not got any water, please contact Alpha Power Cleaners. It potentially could be a solenoid issue.
