Today we’re looking at the Tenant T16 ride-on floor scrubber dryer and in particular a fault with the machine not charging. Now the first thing to check is to make sure you’ve got power at your wall socket. To do this, I’d recommend using another appliance such as a heat gun just to make sure there’s power at the wall. If there’s no power there, you need to find an alternative socket or contact an electrician.

If you have got power at the socket, plug the machine into the charger, making sure the Anderson plugs are connected securely and there’s no damage to the cables, and replug your charger into the wall. Turn it on and allow it to go through its test sequence. If the machine is not charging or the charger is not displaying any lights or warning symbols, then you have an issue with your charger. Contact Alpha Power Cleaners and we will be able to help.
