Hello, my name is Rob Freeman and welcome to Alpha Power Cleaners. Today we’re going to look at the Tennant T16 and how to change the disc brushes. On the machine you have a side skirt assembly which you can open with the lever – twist and open. Inside you will find two disc brushes, one on each side. Twist the brush until you can see the release catches, toggle them together and that releases the brush.
These machines can also have pad drive boards fitted for use with pads. The brushes go back in exactly the same way – lock open, slide under the machine and push into position. Shut the side skirt, locate it in the latch, twist and push down. The machine is now ready to return to action.
