Hi, I’m Nick from Alpha Power Cleaners and today we will be discussing the Tennant T12 ride-on scrubber dryer. In this particular video, we’ll be discussing best practice on how to charge the machine.
In order to charge the machine, you simply lift the seat and behind the seat is a grey port. Plug the grey Anderson plug into the port on the machine. The 240V plug will then go into the wall and you switch the charger on. Always ensure that the charger is going through its cycles and is indeed charging the machine.
Let me take this time to remind you that opportunity charging is a big no-no on these machines. Best practice is always to deplete the battery right down to the last bar before putting it back on charge. Once it’s on charge, we always suggest an 8 to 12 hour charge time.
