Hi, I’m Nick from Alpha Power Cleaners and today we’re going to be discussing the Tennant T12 ride-on scrubber dryer. In this particular video, we’re going to be discussing the F1 recovery tank fault.

Now, over the years, we’ve found that a lot of the time when a customer rings in and says the machine is not sucking up, the first thing to check is the little sensor on the recovery tank. What we have found is that if this sensor is covered in muck and dirt, it will stay in an upright position. The machine will think that it is full of water and it won’t engage the suction power.

Please ensure that this is cleaned correctly. Simply switch the machine off, switch it on again and you’ll find that this will remedy the problem.

However, if it hasn’t done that after those few steps, give us a call and we’ll get an engineer out to you as soon as possible.
