Hello, my name is Rob Freeman and welcome to Alpha Power Cleaners. Today we’re looking at the Tenant T500 pedestrian floor scrubber dryer. And in this particular video, we’re going to look at the fault of the machine not dropping water. Now, the first thing we’d always recommend is make sure your clean tank is full of clean water, your water control valve is turned on, which can be seen here, and your water flow is set to high, which can be adjusted with this switch here.

If at this point you’ve still got no water, ensure any switches such as fast or echo are also switched off. On this particular model, this can be seen here. After that, the next thing to check will be the clean water tank filter. Please see our separate video which shows how to check the water filter.
