Hello, my name is Rob Freeman and welcome to Alpha Power Cleaners. Today we’re looking at the Tenant T500 pedestrian floor scrubber dryer. And in this video, we’re looking at a not charging fault. Now, this particular machine has an onboard charger, so there’s not too much to check. First thing would be make sure you’ve got power in your socket that you’re plugging into. This can be done with a separate appliance such as a heat gun. After that, check the fuse and the power cable leading to the machine to make sure there’s no damage and that the fuse is okay. Plug it back in. Give the charger a test. If you’re still getting no lights, then please contact Alpha Power Cleaners.
