Hi, I’m Nick from Alpha Power Cleaners. Today we’re going to be discussing the Tennant T12 ride-on scrubber dryer. In this particular video, we’re going to go through a couple of troubleshooting points when you find that the machine is not putting out water sufficiently.
First thing to check is to ensure that the machine has got water in it. You can do so by filling up the solution tank to the top.
Second step is to ensure that the water function is engaged and you’ve got it on full.
If you find that it’s still not putting out water, please check the filter which is situated on the solution tank, as per our previous video.
If you find that after doing these three steps it is still not putting out water, please give us a call and we’ll get an engineer out to you as soon as possible.
