Hi, I’m Scott from Alpha Power Cleaners and today I’m going to be showing you how to change an LPG cylinder on a Tenant M20 floor scrubber dryer. So, first off, we’re going to need PPE. So, we need gloves on. The LPG cylinder is located under the seat and you can get to it by lifting the seat up as so. We will then turn the valve off on the gas bottle, start the machine with the parking brake on, and let the gas run out of the system until the engine switches off. We can then go in to the valve. Unscrew the coupling safely.
Undo the clamp which holds the bottle in place and lift the gas bottle out. Ready for the new one. and replacing the bottle. We will place it back in, ensuring that the arrow on the bottom of the bottle is facing downwards. Clamp it back in place and reconnect the coupling. Whilst tightening the coupling, you want to twist the pipe at the back. Just helps it locate all the way in until you can’t twist that anymore. Then we turn the gas bottle back on.
